Q: How do I reserve the date?

A signed contract and 20% retainer is required to reserve your date. All dates are considered available until these items are received. The retainer is non-refundable and will be applied towards your grand total.

Q: What products do you use?

Julia uses a wide variety of products, some professional brands, and some more common brands. All her products were designed to provide long lasting results that will photograph flawlessly. If you peek into Julia's kit, some brands you may recognize are Dior, Makeup by Mario, M.A.C, Tom Ford, Nars, Charlotte TIlbury, Saie, Viseart, as well as many more!

Q: When is final payment due?

Final payment is due no later than two days before the event.

Q: Is there a wait list?

Inquiries are processed in the order they are received. If multiple inquiries are received for the same date, the first to inquire will be notified and has seven days to make a decision.

Q: How long does each service take?

• Bridal look- 60 min

• Bridal Party (bridesmaids, mothers, friends, etc.)-30/40 min 

• Lash Application- 5-10min

• Bridal preview- 90min

Q: Are lashes included?

Yes, if you are booked for a full-face makeup application, lashes are included.

Q: What if I do not want lashes?

Not a problem! Julia will give you a look that you are most comfortable with and maximize your natural lashes.

Q: When is my Bridal Preview?

This appointment can be booked at any time, subject to availability. I recommend booking the appointment 1-3 months before the wedding date, as you will have a clearer vision of your desired look and details will fall into place.

Q: Do you travel?

Yes, I am willing to travel for my brides! Travel fees depend on the location. Please inquire with Shannon Obrien Weddings about Destination wedding packages!

Q: What payment do you accept?

Retainer fee can be paid via credit card or bank transfer. One payment for the final balance may be paid via credit card, bank transfer, or check. If paying cash, the cash must be counted, collected, and handed to Julia in one envelope with a total written on it.
